
The ISO 233 standard provides a strict letter-for-letter transliteration of Arabic script. While this method offers the highest level of orthographic accuracy, it may be less intuitive for general readers than classical transcription.
By default, the transliteration omits short vowels if they are not explicitly present in the original Arabic text. To obtain a fully vocalized transcription, you can use specialized tools to add them beforehand:
